It is also my birthday month! 🎈

Whether you have a teacher, know a teacher, or ARE a teacher, there are endless ways to give back to such an impactful profession. 🎓
Teaching is one of the oldest professions. Since 561BC! From Confucius, the first recorded private teacher, to the Ancient Greeks and even the 1600s pilgrims, there was huge value placed on educating children and life-long education. 📓
By the 19th century, elementary through college education was widespread, public, and institutionalized in the United States.🚌
In 1953, Elenor Roosevelt was successfully in convinced lawmakers to adopt Teacher’s Appreciation day and then the week in 1985.🚸
