After graduation....

Itโ€™s officially that time of year in the high school halls! ๐Ÿซ๐ŸŽ’My seniors are thick in the middle of thinking, planning, and dreaming about what comes next after graduation! ๐ŸŽ“๐Ÿ’ญ The air is filled with a wild mix of excitement and, letโ€™s be honest, some serious dauntiveness! ๐Ÿ˜…๐ŸŽขSome are solid on a 4-year university ๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐Ÿ“š, others are looking at community college to start ๐ŸŒฑ, and some are exploring trade schools, eager to get their hands on a new skill! ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ๐Ÿ”ง A few are ready to dive right into the workforce and start their careers! ๐Ÿ’ผ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธItโ€™s a massive transition, and I am so incredibly happy that I get to play a small part in influencing their decisions positively. ๐Ÿ›ค๏ธ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Recounting my own experiences and offering suggestions is easily one of the most rewarding parts of this job! ๐Ÿ’กโค๏ธBut hereโ€™s something I think about often: as teachers, we donโ€™t always understand just how much influence we carry. ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿซ Itโ€™s not just in the lesson plans! Whether Iโ€™m walking in wearing my college gear ๐ŸŽ“๐Ÿ‘•, my sorority gear ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿฉ, or my bible gear โœ๏ธ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธโ€ฆ they are always watching. ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿง They see the conduct. They see the character. They see how those things shape someoneโ€™s future. ๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธโœจWe are living epistles ๐Ÿ“–โœ๐Ÿพ, and it reminds me that everything we do matters. Two verses that keep me grounded in this season are: ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพ โ€œLet no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.โ€ โ€” 1 Timothy 4:12 ๐Ÿ’ฌ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’– (Even as they look forward, I get to model what a life centered on Christ looks like right now.)๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพ โ€œStart children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.โ€ โ€” Proverbs 22:6 ๐Ÿ›ค๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ฃ๐ŸŒ… (We are setting the path, and that is a beautiful, daunting, and exciting responsibility!)So, to all the seniors: dream big ๐Ÿš€, and know you have people in your corner! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ And to all the educators: keep shining, your influence is felt way more than you know! ๐ŸŽโœจ

Because I am the teacher.....

Look what I spotted in the teachersโ€™ lounge today! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŽThis sign is a whole mood, but it also hits deep. ๐ŸŽฏ๐Ÿ’ฏLetโ€™s keep it realโ€”self-regulating as an educator is HARD. ๐Ÿ˜ซ Between the systemic hurdles, the heartbreak we feel for our studentsโ€™ struggles, and the sheer chaos of a Tuesday afternoon, itโ€™s easy to feel like youโ€™re at your breaking point. ๐Ÿ“‰๐Ÿ’”But hereโ€™s the truth: YOU are the leader of that classroom. ๐Ÿ‘‘ You set the atmosphere. You are the calm in their storm. ๐ŸŒŠ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธEven when the system feels broken, remember that God has uniquely graced and equipped YOU to be the exact person these students need right now. ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธโœจYou arenโ€™t just there by accident; you are there by divine assignment! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ”ฅKeep your head up, keep your heart open, and keep breathing through the โ€œtemper tantrumโ€ moments (theirs and ours! ๐Ÿ˜‰). You were built for this! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพโค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅโ€œLet us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.โ€ โ€” Galatians 6:9 ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ™Œ๐ŸพโœจBehind every service we provide is a dedicated team of professionals, each bringing their unique expertise and enthusiasm to our business.
